Getting back on track?

My last proper run was Week 4, Run 2 on the 7th. I tried Run 3 on the 9th but my legs were so sore I had to stop after the first running bit.

I have been struggling with muscle pains in my calves and thighs. After getting advice here I've been stretching after runs which has helped, but I'm still struggling. They're still aching today (although they are a LOT better, I could barely walk on Sunday).

And now I'm ill. Some kind of stomach bug that has me utterly exhausted.

So, how do I get back into running? I'm worried if I try and do it too soon I'll wreck my legs again, but if I put it off too long I'll loose my progress.
