Just completed W6R2. Having had 3 set backs on the way to this point. As a result of last one I didn't think I would be fit enough. My OH said 'just have a go'. He was right. Best run ever. Loved it Can't stop smiling which is a huge thing as I've had rubbish couple of weeks.

We ran the same run as you today and it felt good afterwards.Not looking forward to the 25 minute run on Wednesday though.

Glad to see this! I’ve massively struggled with week 6 and it’s set me back further than I wanted to be at this stage. Going to go back to the start of week 6, reset and try again. Fingers crossed I’ll get there
