Have you entered in any events? Park run or the like? If not, I think that would be a huge motivator - and it's lots of fun, the crowd atmosphere along with your own sense of "giving it a go and see how I do" is amazing
hi, sorry no advice really. As Irish-John says park run is great... I know you've tried your local one but remember you don't have to run it all and can walk too, and just try to enjoy it
Maybe try listening to different music/podcasts/audio books. Different routes ( I know you have tried) and make mental notes of your surroundings, take photos
could you go out with someone else? join a club?
The app zombie run is quite amusing!
Ju-Jus 10K plan is great on the bridge to 10k page
Also, slow down a bit maybe, if you make it too hard for youself it will sap your energy and take the joy out of your running. Better a slower 5k say, and a satisfied feeling than a fast 3k that wore you out....😧
Head over to the Bridge to 10k site, join the Quest. Write run reports and get back in the zone!😊xx
Do you include heel drops and toe lifts in your stretches.
