Week 9 Run 1

Wow! Beautiful morning here in Aberdeenshire, so decided to take advantage before a cold front moves in. My app paused during my 5 minute warm up walk, so probably walked for 10. Then decided to do a full circuit rather than my usual running in one direction then turning back on myself. It was a struggle near the end but I kept going. I felt like stopping with 1 minute 45 seconds to go but so glad I pushed on. This left me about a 15 minute walk from home and felt so much better with the longer cool down. 3.6 miles covered in total. Feeling good and hope the weather holds,

Sounds brilliant. Well done. 🎉 Just starting W8, but here on the south coast we now have the heavy grey with the occasional icy sleet. ☹️ Hope for better later this afternoon. ...

Glad you enjoyed your run today EPNcM, that's Aberdeenshire, the same area as a regular contributer here on C25K comes from.

After that cold front passes the weather is to be nice and sunny but with frost at night and in the early morning, good weather for running. 😊
