I have just finished w5r1 very happy with my self for change.

Im 50 years old with psoriasis & psoriatic arthritis I have lost 31kg in the last 10 months.

The side effects from the medication have been brutal (I am now being treated for mental heath issues)

so running while I still can is getting me through this, with the help of my hardworking wife, children and medical team.

I love exercise and do so nearly every day so thank you Jo whiley you keep me going.

Regards T63

Well done 😃👍

Running is good for your body and mind 🙂. Being outdoors running gives you time to mull things over and freedom to just be We all need time with our thoughts and to chill out. Hopefully all the fresh air and exercise will help you to sleep 💤 🛏 😴

I was diagnosed with guttate psoriasis this year having never previously had it. A real bolt from the blue. I was covered in it 🙄. I could run though and I did. 😃

Good luck with everything. Keep us posted 🙂

Thank you it was sulfasalazine that put me over the edge, they upped the dose in October and the head aches & dizziness. I kept telling rheumatologist & doctors but they all said "its not the pills"I have nearly lost my job, wife & my sanity.

I am an ex motorcycle racer and had a couple bad crashes in the past, I past a memory test 100% with my doctor today. and I have a scan in a few days.

thank you for the reply.
