If you completed the run be happy. If it’s really hard slow down a bit.

You completed your run today and are now thinking of run 3 of week 5, that is 20 minutes non stop running, just take it slowly and at the end of it you will be very proud of yourself.
Well done. You are doing great as you are out there doing it and you DIDN'T STOP - woooo.
Make sure you leave the rest days and take it slow and you will amaze yourself!
I am at week 9 now and am really feeling the benefits of regular exercise and can't believe I can run for 30 minutes when each week doing c25k I wasn't sure that I could up it to the next level on the runs....amazed myself that I did!
When I started and the early runs seemed impossible I never thought I would be at week 9. Some runs are harder than others and your head will try and sabotage you occasionally but you CAN do it!
