I just completed Week 1 Run 1 and I feel amazing! I’ll admit that it was very tough but I’m so proud of myself for completing it without stopping 🥰

Well done. I was there exactly 2 months ago and graduated just this week. Follow the programme and it will work. I found it best to take it one week at a time and not worry too much about what comes later. Good luck! 🙂

Welcome to C25K, congratulations on your first run. many people find that run very tough, onwards and upwards to run 2 and the other 25 runs until you graduate, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to.

Isn't it great when you complete a run you thought was hard the reason for this is if it was easy you wouldn't feel the same accomplishment 😊

Well done! Such a great feeling. Good for you!

Great start! You’re right to be proud... you just did the biggest step up in workout that this plan has... and that means, of course, that you can do this!

Enjoy your journey.

Well done. The first is the hardest!

You will amaze yourself I am sure. As an overweight 52 year old who would have never said she would run, I certainly have. Am on week 9 now, so believe in yourself, don't panic if you have harder runs, or set backs that mean you have time off, or repeats, it's all part of the journey. Good luck:)
