I wouldn't go backwards, just repeat if you dont complete the run. But if you put yourself in a positive frame of mind and slow your pace I'm sure you'll smash it!

You won't stop.. you will run, steadily and slowly and you will do it... no need to fear at all...

This week has a reputation it ill-deserves.. it really is just another week of different runs:)

Please check this post out.. and rest easy...and maybe do not look ahead?

You can do it, so it won’t matter, but in general I’d repeat the run I couldn’t do rather than those that I could.

It’s fine, just rest, make sure you hydrate and you’ll be fine. Try r2, if you don’t do it forst time round, you’ll manage it second time, no biggie
