Found this harder than run 1 not sure why, but still got a kick when i completed. Trying not to think about the next weeks when the runs ramp up, but keep sneaking a peek at whats to come. Just keep telling myself its a proven programe and have some faith. 😊

Stay positive. I keep telling myself its a proven success and it keeps me driven. I can't wait to ramp it up in W3 as I'm just one run away from completing W2. Never thought I would enjoy it so much.

Have a look forwards... you’ll be completing all those runs soon. Great job so far... almost a third of the way there.
You may not have slept as well, or been quite as well hydrated, or had something on your mind. Or the ground may have been softer or harder, or the wind stronger, or the weather colder or hotter. . . All kinds of things can affect you. If you can identify any of them, it’ll make you more prepared for next time, when you nail 3:3 😀
Hard runs happen to everyone and at unexpected times so don't worry about that. You're absolutely right, trust the program, keep it slow and steady, don't look too far ahead (except when your running😊) every run and every week prepares you for the next so embrace the challenge, you'll smash it!!
