It was definitely a case of mind over matter and I thought my legs were going to buckle when I switched to walking at the end but Iโm so proud of how far Iโve come.
Eagerly checked my stats when I got home to find my average speed was... slower than last week! OMG does this mean I actually run slower than I walk?! ๐๐๐๐๐

In theory every time you run longer you run slower... and in practice itโs a good idea. Donโt worry about it though... all that matters here is that you are running... pace is for later, if you want it, this plan gives you the tools to do that, but more importantly a healthier, fitter you.
Brilliant! What a great feeling eh? I have exactly the same issue with speed/distance ...... donโt worry about it and donโt mention it when youโre bragging - just say youโve now progressed to running for a solid 20 minutes!
