Tried to run got as far as 1km, slipped a few times decided not to risk it and ran back home. Will pick up tomorrow fingers crossed 🤞🏽. I wish my local gym had a treadmill 😞

How are others coping in this snow/ice?

Good call. Ice is dangerous... it can end your running for months... it’s not worth it. I don’t cope with it... when it’s icy I do extra cross training and my run waits.
