Week 5! Ready to do a continuous run. I think?

After hitting a bit of a wall after week 3 and dreading week 4, I completed week 4 feeling amazing!

So week 5 is this week and run 3 is a run without breaks! Eeek!

Now I have been doing the programme on a treadmill and some what comfortable but making sure I am pushing myself that little bit. Anyone who has done the programme on a treadmill, did you reduce your speed for W5R3? Or did you push through at your regular running pace?

Treadmill or not, keep it slow and steady from here on in. The goal is to complete each run so by all means push on in the *edit* LAST minute or three if you feel great. Don't risk not completing a run because you feel great and go off to fast.
