I wish you the very best for your running journey with C25K, try to run on the same days of the week, that way you will have 4 rest days, you say that you are starting tomorrow Monday, so your running days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, your rest days being Tuesday, Thursday and the two rest days Saturday and Sunday, good luck

Good luck for tomorrow. You will love it and because they tell you when to run and walk briskly it makes it so enjoyable and its amazing how good you feel afterwards.
