Thought I’d shake it up a bit - well it is week 5! Started off warm up ok but my oh my within a couple of minutes of first 5 run my leggings decided to fall down so there I am clutching and hitching and ‘keeping a nice even pace’ - must have looked a sight - but somehow in the figgiting and wriggling I managed to accidentally pause the blinking run - meaning I ended up running 7 minutes to start
Oh well - the next two 5 mins we’re comparatively easy after that - even running with one hand on my waistband
