W5R1 Running in the Ice. Aka. “Do you have a deathwish?”

Not quite sure how to judge this one as I kept having to tiptoe over patches of ice. In the first 5 minute run I had no choice but to slow down at least a couple of times... and then runs 2 & 3 I basically decided to just keep running up and down a patch of pavement which had mostly melted! Bit boring. Couldn’t really get into the swing of it, but oh well at least I did it.

Asked my husband about how icy it was before I went out. “It’s fine once you get past co-op.” Was it heck!

A shame as it’s so sunny today, had there not been ice around I think it would have been a glorious day for a run.

Just need it all to melt now, before Tuesday eve please for Run 2!

Hope you get the same luck for Tuesday... well done you!

We don't get much snow here so I always love it when it comes - but it needs to shuffle off again now and let us all get on with our lives! :) Well done for persisting though.
