I'm doing all my running on a treadmill. got my final week 9 run today then start on the 10k programme next week.

My regime is 3 runs per week with a 15 min kettlebell workout to finish off. I do weights on a Monday and Thursday with weekends off.

Not seeing much improvement yet but still feeling better and my overall health has improved.

How is everyone else doing????

Good luck for today’s “last run” - you’ll nail it!! Kettle bell workouts as well - blimey!!!

Maybe consolidate for a few weeks before starting the 10k programme? There is a guide under the pinned posts about running after graduation
