My hardest “worry” week yet. Though it ramps up the level of constant running, it was never as bad as I had built it in my head! 20 minutes “Rugging” (that’s a run that’s more like a jog) was much easier than I expected, though I haven’t quite got the stage of “I love running” yet. Still, I massively proud of myself for getting this far! Bring on week 6!

Well done! I honestly found it got a lot better after week 5, longer runs which you can settle into and start to lose yourself in the rhythm. Enjoy the journey
