As I don't generally look ahead at the next run, I wasn't sure what I was in for this morning.

Along with freezing fog & -4, I dragged me & my dog out!!

Can't quite believe I did it! Was beyond gutted that my app shut down about 2 mins before the end of the cool down walk, so I let the app run again so that I could click 'save this run' 😁

Obviously don't actually do the run again though 😆

Great work... and the bell in that run was half way in the programme... enjoy the second half.

I have recently been looking ahead at the running schedule and it feels like it’s made it physically and mentally tougher. When I used to just run as instructed without any forewarning I seemed to feel and do better. Ar ha lightbulb moment!!
