A run of several parts. Bits were fine, even exhilarating but had serious jelly legs 2.5 mins into the last 5 minute run. Thought I wouldn’t make it but remembered Jo’s positive thought tips so started to notice how blue the sky was and the trees a gorgeous red bark in contrast and before I knew it I was literally running along arms outstretched, pretending to be an aeroplane like a 5 year old!

I do the aeroplane thing all the time! Lol I thought I was the only one. It's the great tunes my playlist serves up that do it for me but in both cases I think distraction is the key.
Ha love it that I’m not the only child in an adults body! The music does help but so do the endorphins that kick in. The thing I didn’t realise as I ran down the last straight is that you can clearly see the lane from the plate glass windows in my office and everyone probably saw me! 😂
