Beyond Couch to 5k

I have completed couch to 5k and really enjoy the coaching piece letting me know how many minutes I have run etc. I don’t want to particularly train for 10k but want to run for around 40 minutes each run. Are there other apps that I could use to keep coaching me as I run further that anyone would recommend? Thank you

I've just downloaded the Nike Run Club for the same reason, only used it a couple of times so far, but there's lot of different runs to chose from and a coach chatting in your ear.

Hi,

There are a few couch to 10k apps on the play store, why not just follow the coaching on them until you're running the length of time you want to.

I’d second the Nike app... guided runs from 5 to 90 minutes with some great coaching... long runs start at 35... some are with headspace... there are also speed runs which are shorter. Coaching is great.

Congratulations on graduating... spend some time consolidating on 30 minutes... the Nike app has some 30 minute runs... Mo Farah will even do a 30 minute run with you!

Happy running.
