Well Iβve only just gone and done it!!!! Week 9 run 3 complete! I was so eager to go and do I forget to my strava app to track it... doh! But I know from the planned route it was 5km over the full 40 mins.
Iβm so blooming chuffed with myself, when I started on week 1 it felt so hard, now I love it and canβt wait to get out for each run. Parkrun now booked in my calendar starting next week.
Believe me if I can get here, anyone can! β€οΈππ»ππΌββοΈ

Well Done. I did Parkrun as my post grad run too. Itβs worth starting at the back for the first one, so you donβt get dragged along too fast. I did the 5 min walk from the start line, ran 30 mins then walked until got close to the finish, then ran over the line. I even took Jo Whiley with me. Donβt forget your barcode!
Thatβs terrific news - go you π₯βοΈβοΈβοΈ ! I managed to turn my phone off two days ago while doing a daring new route over sand dunes, so I completely share your Strava-less frustration. But your legs know youβve done it ! Happy running π
