Brilliant! Some runs are hard and some are easy - so never be defeated by a hard run. And even if you didn’t enjoy it, or didn’t quite complete it, you still did it! As you progress you may find you just need to slow down a bit - this is about running duration rather than speed or distance - these last two can be worked on later. As a recent graduate I’m consolidating my runs, at my usual slow pace, and in time I’ll work on pace. Stick at it - what you can achieve is simply staggering over such a short amount of time. Best of everything and I hope you enjoy the next few weeks!
