Chuffed to have got through that one. The first half was tough going - even when I slowed waaaaay down. Oddly the last 5 minute run was lovely! I felt sort of ‘in the zone’. I almost didn’t want to stop. Does anyone else find the second half of runs easier? Have a lovely week ex-potatoes!

each week there re more runs that let you develop a really comfortable pace or zone - so it gets better -

I just posted about just finding a rhythm on my last run at the end of W3 and how I’m actually looking forward to pushing it a bit further now! It’s great psychologically to think you still have a little left in the tank at the end of a run! 😊💪🏻

4 weeks in! I run 4 days instead of 3. I am loving this programme and should be completing it on the
