Started to get inner thigh pain after running - very high up and uncomfortable for about a day - I’m only running 3 times a week - never got this on Couch to 5 - any ideas? Or tips to avoid it happening- thanks.

Hello! I've had that one too amongst many others! Are you doing a good range of stretches after your runs? A good warm up and cool down walk and then stretching are all an essential part to running. I've got this NHS page bookmarked for some stretches if this is any help nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h...
I actually use a more extensive collection of stretches but I've got them all written down with crap diagrams I've drawn rather than anything bookmarked. Hopefully someone else will come along with better suggestions! Stretching is the key though.

I agree with happysouls about stretching, which I still do after (nearly) every run (the occasional exceptions being very short easy jogs).
Are you overstriding?
Are your shoes worn?
Have you changed your routes, intensity or duration or possibly something outside your running?
