Today did week 9 run 1. I completed the 30mins. I'm a slow jogger. Usually I have achy calves for the rest of the day but today I have left thigh muscular pain. Nothings changed except the amount of time i ran for. I did a brisk 7 min walk and stretching to start and a brisk 10min walk home and stretching to cool down. And advice with the thigh. It's bearable once I'm up and walking but the initial stand up and take a step really hurts. Thanks in advance

Are you doing dynamic stretches pre run and static stretches post run as linked to in the guide to the plan? They are not the same thing.

As already mentioned, are the stretches you do before you run the 'Dynamic' ones ??You do not want to do static stretches before you run
