I managed the first couple of runs for W5 reasonably well, but couldn't quite get round this part first try. I managed 15 minutes but then my legs gave out, shortly followed by the batteries in my headphones, so at least I haven't had "the conversation" with Sanjeev telling me how well I've done whilst I was slinking back home
Still, 15 minutes is the longest I've run continuously, so that's good. And I'll have another crack at it tomorrow or Sunday.

Fifteen minutes is still great work. It's a big jump up from the previous runs. You can be pleased with that. Give yourself a rest day then have another crack on Sunday!

Thanks, and it is, so I'm happy with that gain. And let's see what happens Sunday!
You’ll do it, I felt like wrapping up when my headphones gave up on me on my last run. It will have put you off your stride. I know that last run of week five seems like a leap but just keep one foot in front of the other and you’ll do it....and it feels great. Good luck
Thank you - you're not wrong, hearing the ominous "out of charge" message is very off-putting. I'm definitely up for giving it another go asap. With charged headphones!
