Well done, determination wins out.

Can you speak clear ungasping sentences as you jog, if not, slow down.............yes, you can go slower and that makes it all so much more possible and enjoyable.

Yes I can. I’m doing it on the treadmill at the gym n my friend who’s a gym instructor there comes over n talks to me so I know I’m not gasping and can hold a reasonable conversation. The first 5 min run today was hard but the 2nd one was a lot easier

Well done you ⭐️ Never listen to the Voices ! Just remind yourself of how they used to tell you how you’d never get through week 1 . . .

Everyone has them - some people call them gremlins, but they’re all the same little liars 😄

Well done! Some runs are just harder than others. I just slow right down (and I’m pretty slow anyway) and plod through it. And then the next run can be fine. Stick at it, you’ll be amazed at what you can do. And if you’re really struggling you can repeat runs. You’re building stamina and things will improve! Good on you for going out again! And next time you feel like giving up, do exactly what you did today and try it again!
