Because my route starts by my gym I decided to try an extra 5 min warm up on the rower in the gym. It seemed to make quite a difference to getting into pace. I seemed to settle down a lot quicker than what has been normal. Ok so it’s the first time I tried it so I’ll experiment with and without and see how it goes. I have also definitely come to the conclusion that 3 mins jogs is easier for me than the slow quicker intervals. Looking forward to week 4 and not even finished week 3 yet πŸ˜‚πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Sounds like a good way to bypass the toxic 10 to me... you got some cardio going and your warmup walk will have kept that going. Great run.

Fantastic. Yes, I'm finding a longer warm up to be beneficial too. :)
