W4R2 minus a bit

DId W4R1 on Sunday. It was tough, I'm not lying, but I got through it. HOWEVER, today I really struggled with the second 5 minute jog and had to slow down to a fast walk after 2.5 minutes, then jog and walk again to the end. I'd had a massage in the morning and thought that might have ' loosened me up' a bit but my legs felt like lead.

For your next run start slowly and stay slow! It’s really about duration rather than speed. Perhaps repeat this run with this in mind and see how you get on. it was the trick for me with finding my groove and progressing. Good luck!

Wise words from DiscoRunner. Chalk it up as a learning run and try it again at a much slower pace, try to find your comfortable groove 💃
