Yippety yey Hulland, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks🚶 and runs 🏃
Do you mean that it is hard to stop and start again after running a straight 20 minutes? - need to keep myself on the programme I think!
Yes some people after running continuously for 20 minutes do find it hard to go back to intervals on runs 1 and 2 of week 6.
