Running Buddy in Stockport

Hi everyone,

Anyone looking for a running buddy in the Stockport area?

I’ve tried beginners running groups previously but unfortunately too fast for me. The answer is to run alone yet I find it difficult to motivate myself.

I’m familiar with Couch to 5k, this will be my 4th attempt!

Any takers?

It is hard to get people to respond on these social media sites. I always recommend going to your nearest park run and walking or volunteering while you go through the program, you will meet people there and also get to gauge their pace as well.
