Running in the forest

Well today I changed my route drastically! It was one of those rare days when me and OH actually had a day off together so I suggested going to Delamere Forest to do our Monday run. There’s a great 5k loop round one of the meres that we’ve walked with the kids. So off we went, weather was good and I find it easier running when I can chat as I automatically pace myself better. Couldn’t believe how quick the run went! I almost missed our turning back to the car and I was about to start another lap 😂 can’t wait to go back again next month!

Yes that’s what I said to OH! It felt good to run somewhere completely different I’m currently on W16R1 and hoping to get to one of the fabled park runs soon ...it’s just tricky as I work weekends and only get a Sunday off once a month. Can’t wait!
