Am I lyrically lucky with Laura?

Strange one this guys, but I wonder if anyone else is experiencing similar...

I use Laura as my mentor on the Couch25K programme and I have put together a playlist of about 50 songs which I play on shuffle (which randomises the order in which they're played). Now, my question is, do you know if the app has any logarithms programmed into it which determines which songs play at which time. The reason I ask is that when Laura offers her guidance (and subsequently interrupts whatever track is playing), I reckon 4 out of five times she hits an instrumental section, the musical introduction or the fade-out section of a song. She very rarely 'crashes' the lyrics or speaks over the singing, and I was wondering if I'm just lucky here, imagining it or if there are more mysterious powers at work....
