Just completed 5k race (training session). Never ever ever thought l would do it. C25K training prog works. I have not fully completed the prog but now l know l can. Signing up for another race in Feb to motivated.

This is the stage at which a lot of runners pick up their first injuries, believing they have conquered this running thing and can now do anything.

Well done do you have a link for training session, I’m doing 5 k 3 times a week times good and bad , today couldn’t complete 5 km , would like the challenge

I ran the race using the C25K app just like l would during training. I havent completed the prog so the race was just another training session with other people doing more kms than me. I walked the parts l had a walks.
