I'm just finishing week 2. I'm still breathless after each 90 second run, but find it's easier towards the end of the session. My biggest problem is getting my ankles to move, any ideas please.

Stiff ankles
Your calves could be tight so make sure you stretch them after each run. The step rise/fall stretch is good. You could also consider investing in a foam roller. But in the meantime use a rolling pin or put a tennis ball under them to "massage".
Also, rotate your ankles often and stand on one leg and "draw" the alphabet with the other foot. You can also manually stretch your ankles by sitting in a chair in a figure of four position with one ankle resting on the other thigh. Just use your hands to gently move your ankle around and massage the area.
Hi, keep at it the breathlessness will soon reduce and recovery will be quicker as you go.
I can also definitely recommend a foam roller, very helpful.
You could also try doing some calf raises and dips a few times a day to help stretch the muscles and tendons, go steady with them though you don't want an injury. ( good instruction on youtube)
Good luck
