Just got back from W4R1 ..went ok actually, surprised myself. I got a 2nd lease of life for the 2nd half which felt great. I think my biggest challenge was keeping my fingers alive. Even though I run in gloves they were totally numb. consequently I dropped my water bottle, the lid flew off and my water spilt everywhere 🤦♀️..think I’m going to get some of those hand warmers for my next run.
I generally look like I’m off on an arctic expedition than a run at the moment lol 😂

I’d third the above... water stays cold! If you’re hydrated going in to a run you don’t need water for at least 30 minutes. Sip water all day every day and then leave it at home.
