Wow! Didn’t realise there was a community of like minded people trying to improve themselves. Enjoying reading everyone’s conquests ☺️

I’ve just finished week 3 tonight onto week 4 - saw the jump up to 5 mins and had a slight heart attack I haven’t run since I was a wee girl. Wish me luck! And good luck to you all on your journeys x

Believe me... I could only run the distance between two lamp posts before. Then recently - thanks to this program - I ran 20 minutes straight!

It does seem impossible when you begin but somehow it works and you do it and it's a great feeling! It's also fine to repeat a week if you are not sure you are ready. But I'd say it's always worth giving it a go. That's when you surprise yourself and feel so good! And even if you ended up walking you are still out there and getting the benefits of exercise. It's a win win!

Well done you. I thought I would die running 60 seconds! It's amazing how good the programme is. Just remember if you do stop and have to re run a day it's not a failure. The failure is not starting at all. Good luck.

It was a big jump the first run shook me up but on the second time it definitely got easier, all I can say is keep trying and you’ll see you can do it ☺️x

I am feeling a bit anxious to be honest but I’m looking forward to the challenge in a masochistic way!

I completed my first run of week one yesterday heading out tomorrow for my second run. Felt I had overcome a massive mental barrier yesterday really looking forward to tomorrow. The fact you are now going to be running 5minutes is amazing you will do it. You’ve completed it all so far no reason for you not to achieve it. Good luck you’ll smash it ⭐️😀
