I have been plugging away at Couch 2 5k using the podcasts, but didn't know about this?!
I just did W9R1 today!!!
So I am nearly there!! But wish I had found this sooner as could have used some extra encouragement and motivation along the way!!
I just wanted to do this because I start more things than I finish and I wanted to prove to myself that I could finish this if I started it even if I found it hard, which I have!

Well you did do it, you have found us and you are amazing!
Wow.. so nearly there... the badge is waiting!
Plus... when you do graduate.. the journey goes on and guess what, we are still here, for the next steps, wherever they take you and what is more.. we totally ROCK!
Oh fantastic! So you know already you can do it!! Well done! 30 felt hard but it wasn't the hardest. Random runs like the split one again at start of week 6 felt hard - oddly, it felt harder than the 20 minutes I had run at the end of Week 5.
Gosh that's exactly what I thought!!! I thought week 6 would be easier & the two runs were awful!!! Strange how this programme works! But it does work😊😊keep in touch & good luck!
Yeah I struggled with W6R1 too, but ran 30 mins on W6R3 so that like Pc59 I know that I can do it :-). Good luck Shaina, keep running and keep in touch; this forum is brilliant for advice, encouragement or just a good laugh.
I wish I'd found you lot weeks ago! I have found it hard! I have doubted myself a lot even though I have managed to do all of it, every run I set out thinking I won't be able to do it? I haven't walked a single step I was supposed to run, and yet I am like that going into every run.. I get very frustrated with myself, and hope I will finally believe I can do it, when I complete this!
I don't think you're alone in feeling like that. I would've found it much harder without the support here - sometimes it just helps to read other people's comments, good or bad. I was nervous to some degree or other before every run too. Well done on sticking with it
Hello and welcome to the forum! Sounds like you have done tremendously well, and almost there for your shiny badge! Keep tuning in and posting, forum friends will be here whenever needed, either to support and encourage, or to party with you when you celebrate 🏃🏻😃. Happy running!
