It wasn't easy for some reason. It just felt like a struggle. However I got it done and broke the 2.5k mark aswell. I ran/walked for 34 mins and did 3.03km aswell. I had already attepted it a couple of days back but just couldnt do it for some reason. Really feel like I am making some serious headway now.

That is good going ! If you need to repeat a run it not a problem . Some go better than others. I have started eating a banana before i run seems to help me keep going .

Very well done... those are tricky intervals and catch a lot of people out. Slow and steady in the next one and then you got this.
