Just finished W1R1 and am very proud of myself. Not feeling too bad and it was only the last run that was difficult. I'm 65 years old and haven't ever enjoyed running but felt I really needed to take myself in hand in order to keep up (well, sort of!) with the grandchildren. Was inspired by seeing them at a local Park Run and my aim is to join them when they next visit us.

I’ve just finished w1r2 and I think the hardest bit is leaving the house! You should be proud of yourself, well done 👍🏼
