I managed to do week 9 before Christmas completing W9 R3 on 13 December!
Iโm so proud to have done this and Iโve done a few runs since but really want to get the discipline back that I had for for the nine weeks when following the app. Iโm going on holidays on 20 January and am worried that all the Fitness Iโve gained will be lost. Iโve done this before with dieting, losing weight and then putting it back on.
How have others sustained the momentum after week 9?
