Inteneded to do more of a 7k run but just didn't feel up to it so turned right. Done 4.5k and even got a PB for it 21.29. Thankyou very much... 😀

Oh it does. Wee small steps are good to see. I'm working hard on speed and strength, just keeps you smiling and knowing its all working
