I actually don’t think I should be let out.... on my 5min warm up drop the lid off my water bottle, bend down to pick it up tripped and fell on my knees. Im now the proud owner of a well skint knee. On a more positive note. I dusted myself down and managed w2d3 💪🏼💪🏼
