Just finished week 5, l never thought l would be able to run for 20mins straight 🙌. I am winning this mental battle 😊

Congratulations MissLBD on completing week 5 run 3, that is a milestone run with C25K.

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃 😊.

But only for 6:1 and 6:2 - never again. So enjoy those walking intervals while you can 😄

Great job ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I loved that moment when Sanjeev said I could slow down and I realised I’d actually jogged 20 minutes and it hadn’t killed me 😄

Excellent! And a great feeling isn't it? Today I did week 6 run 2 and it felt harder doing a ten minute run than a 20? Weird huh!? But I think the legs do need the break.
