Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs π π.

Excellent! And a great feeling isn't it? Today I did week 6 run 2 and it felt harder doing a ten minute run than a 20? Weird huh!? But I think the legs do need the break.
