Hey all, going to do my first run tomorrow morning, using the couch to 5k app! Anyone else using that app for the first time?

Welcome... I love the title... yes you can!

Post here often, we love cheering people on, and when it’s a tough day we are fairly good at seeing the positives that you may not see. Have a great run tomorrow, slow and steady as you go... it can be tough, but I’m sure you can be tougher. Enjoy the journey.

This is my first time using the C25K app/plan and am currently on Week 8 Run 2! The plan really does work if you follow it properly with rest days etc...! Take it slow and steady, happy running! 🏃‍♀️
