We all have different goals so whatever floats your boat. As long as you enjoy the process
You’re spot on... so... sitting on the fence here... here’s my thinking. There’s very little in the way of talk about hitting a goal time over here... whereas over on the bridge forum there sometimes is, and people with experience of doing some speed work... so maybe, without deciding or announcing you’re on the road to 10k, it could be a good place to be to help nail that 30.
