Just thought I'd post to say that I smashed my PB this weekend!

Previous: 40.34

New: 36.50

Did anyone else get a good time or a new PB this weekend?

Not this week as I was volunteering. Got one the week before though - 22:58. Hopefully next year I can go under 22 mins.

Volunteering is very enjoyable. If you've knocked nearly four mins off your PB then I bet you'll be under 30 before too long.

Sub 30 is my 2017 goal. Need to lose another 7 stone first!

Not on a Park run..but 5K...28 minutes... downhill and with a tail wind.. blew me along

No record of any kind, but I did finish my first parkrun and received my token from Mr simonwilliamstutor at the end of the funnel !!!

Amazing Noclue , I would love to do a park run, I have a local one just down the road but its always on a Saturday morning and unfortunately I work every Saturday, don't think my boss would be too happy if I asked for the morning off to run

Thanks Paul46-ipswich , had a quick look can't see one as I'm near Dundee, my home town is Norfolk though (Ipswich tag) won't mention the local football team though incase your name represents a team lol
