Got my trainers sorted. ✅

Next I looked online at loads of sites on how to do a slow jog properly. Now I'm confused as to toe-first, heel-first? Who knew running was so complicated??

Thanks so much - that's really helpful. I just did W1 R3 and tried to shuffle more. I def felt it more in my legs as my tendency is to stride out. I'm only 5'4 and feel heavy and flat-footed so I wanted to get it right. It's hard when you can't see yourself! I feel like I run like Phoebe in Friends :)

Please don't overthink it. The most important thing is to jog at an easy conversational pace, that way, however you strike the ground, you are unlikely to do much damage.
