Welcome back Motherjac, you are not alone in revisiting, I've recently completed the whole programme for the second time after a six month break. You already you know you can do it so just get out there, take it steady & enjoy all the physical & mental benefits that come from the journey!
Wow thanks for all the support. Enjoy my first session but need to keep slow and steady its too easy to push yourself or feel You're not doing enough. I need to remind myself I'm doing this for my mental health above anything else to banish those negative demons x
