Can’t quite believe it, but I’ve done it!! Graduated last night and finished couch 25K. Took me 11 weeks instead of the 9, illness and calf injury thrown in. But to say I can now run for 30 minutes is crazy, but good crazy... thanks to all on app and this site for hints, tips, posts
